On visiting Bayswater Chiropractic Centre a history will be taken and a thorough physical examination of the spine and related areas will be performed.
If necessary, x-rays which are bulk-billed will be ordered to assess the condition of your spine.
Areas seemingly unrelated to your pain may also be examined, as the cause may be located elsewhere.
If chiropractic care is appropriate, a course of treatment will be recommended to promote optimal spinal function.
Treatment may begin on your first visit or further investigation with imaging may be required before treatment can start.

Contrary to common public perception, Chiropractic care does not have to be painful, nor does it necessarily involve “cracking” of the spine to achieve results.
Dr's Mark & Shaun use specific techniques, primarily involving the Activator, to deliver precise adjustments without having to twist or turn the body or involve any cracking.
Adjustments are modified for the individual so that even babies and 90 year olds can benefit.
Other techniques that may be utilised include drop-piece, use of wedges/blocks and soft tissue therapy.
